The PrinceZucco Incident

A Dramatic Turn of Events

Summary

In the afternoon of June 3, 2023, former manager PrinceZucco (Referred to as Prince in the rest of this exhibit) was removed from the community for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: being a toxic member, being a bad manager, and being a bad person.

In the weeks leading up to the main incident, Prince had been the subject of many episodes of misconduct, including undermining orders from community management, asserting power to himself just because he contributed to the community financially, and engaging in multiple discussions that violated the CSR rules. Sex was the topic of many of these discussions, as he was navigating a divorce and a relationship with an OnlyFans model he met online, and for some reason felt the need to tell a Discord group full of teenagers about it.

About a week before June 3rd, Prince had been repeatedly trying to take over and reform CSR, in return offering $1,000 to each of the management team members. His reasoning for this attempted takeover was that many members had made false "feedback" about members of management, including Dylan and Enzox, portraying them as "bad people" and "bad managers". He claimed that he was the only one who could fix the community, and that he was the only one who could make it successful. This was a blatant lie, as CSR had been successful for months before this incident, and was continuing to be successful after it. He believed he could use his financial situation to gain power over management, which was not true.

Prince pressured Dylan and Enzox to accept his offer by making baseless claims that "77 people were ready to leave". This was obviously a lie, as after he was banned, a precise total of 1 person left the community. When Dylan and Enzox refused his offer, he made more threats to compromise the integrity of our server and assets. At this point, his roles were removed.

After his roles were removed, he proceeded to delete our SonoranCAD and TeamSpeak systems, removing 4 months of hard work from community members. He also proceeded to delete the department Discord server for Concord State Police. Thankfully, Dylan took over the department and was able to fix it.

Later that night at 9:07 PM, Dylan made an announcement to clear everything up to community members. He explained the situation and included statements from community members who also had no tolerance for this behavior. He also announced smaller community "reforms", including appointing PolyChosen to the position of Assistant Manager, and appointing EthanForged to the position of Community Manager. In a controversial move, he also asserted that despite the fact many members wanted him to leave, he would not be resigning, and that members who were unhappy with his leadership could simply leave.

Over the next few days, Dylan, Enzox, and EthanForged worked to restore the community. Dylan did his best to answer all questions and concerns from community members, even taking questions from his personal cell phone. 3 days after the incident, CSR operations resumed as normal, and they never looked back.
